Finance & Admin Manager

As well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Chief Accountant responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Account Receivable (A/R), Account Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL) and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. 

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. 

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. 

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. 

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance 

- Support month-end and year-end close process 

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. 

- Manage to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations. 

- Manage financial risks, optimize financial investment performance 

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 

- Handle all admin support pertaining to procurement, HR and general admin of the studio. 

- Additional controller duties as necessary 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

- Bachelor Degree in Finance - Accounting 

- Chief Accountant Certification 

- 5 years of combined experience in accounting and finance 

- Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures 

- Self-aware with a strong commitment to continuous learning.  

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Telesales

- Call and follow up on all marketing leads to convert into appointments for IAR1 and IAR2

 

2. IAR1 (English Assessment & Child Aptitude Test)

- To conduct English assessment test and child aptitude test as part of the pre-sales journey

 

3. IAR2

- To conduct parent interview, consultation to parents on IAR results and closing

- Follow up on all IAR2 to deal with parent concerns and try to convert into sales

 

4. Training Support

5. Student Engagement Activities

6. Parent Communication

- Work closely with the LSA and Academic Team to review student learning progress and development recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3-year experience as a Sales Consultant in a Young Learner centre
  • Good English with an IELTS score of 7 and above;

Includes the following:

- Create a content strategy for the Marketing and PR campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

The HR Manager will proactively implement strategies that support the business growth, set up and maintain the best HR processes and practices, working closely with functional departments to improve employee satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

 Includes the following: 

Paid search and online media buying management 

- Execute paid media strategy
