Telesales Full-time

As part of the pioneer team in our first studio in Vietnam, the Telesales Executive will be expected to deliver excellent customer experience through the course of the customer journey from enquiry, pre-sales consultation, to after sales customer management support.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Handle outbound calls to existing and potential customers to consult effectively on the appropriate learning courses;

- Be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships;

- Work closely with Telesales Senior on assigned leads and proactively follow up with leads generated;

- Direct all activities required to achieve walk-in numbers to the site, targets, and goals; o Ensure efficient follow-ups to customers and maintain high service standards.

- Follow up with daily and weekly report.

- Participate in all training and development plans organized by the company (via Zoom, MS Teams, etc.);

- Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1-year experience in telesales function is required

- Proven track record in achieving sales;

- Has a service-to-sales mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction;

- High literacy with technology;

- Attention to details on every aspect of the customer journey

- Resourceful, resilient and have the ability to think out of the box

- Ability to connect with people from different levels

- Good attitude and comfortable with a new way of working

- High literacy in technology and MS office software

- Weekend duty rosters
