Digital Marketing Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

 Includes the following: 

Paid search and online media buying management 

- Execute paid media strategy 

- Manage spend and analyze paid search leads acquisition performance while minimizing cost of acquisition  

- Identify potential display opportunities and increase reach by managing online media buying 

- Collaborate with copy writers and designers for creation of new ads assets and landing pages to test in Google 

- Identify areas for improvements and creates a testing plan to improve performance  

- Regularly optimize display and search campaigns 

 

SEO optimization 

- Define SEO strategies to drive free traffic to the website in order to acquire leads without advertising spend 

- Collaborate with copy writer and designer to improve the relevance of the website keywords  

 

Website 

- Monitors performance of website traffic 

- Collaborates with internal team for creation of blog posting/landing pages 

- Perform on-site SEO tasks for site optimization  

- Maintain site CMS updates and links 

- Manage site dashboards 

 

Social media management 

- Develop and execute the social media strategy following business objective  

- Collaborate with the Copywriter, Graphic and Video Designer to create effective content for branding and leads acquisition. 

- Execute social strategies that leverage social platforms (Facebook fan page, Instagram, Linked In, Zalo, Youtube, Tiktok) to clearly convey our value propositions and build brand equity  

 

Google My Business (GMB) monitoring

Job requirements 

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field; 

- Fluent English and excellent communication skills; 

- Minimum 3 years working in digital marketing field with proven working experience in media agency;  

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns; 

- Experience with social media: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.; 

- Skills and experience in creative content writing; 

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers; 

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels; 

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments; 

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Business Facebook Account, Google Adwords); 

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, GDN, etc.; 

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; 

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement; 

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, constraints, business intelligence, database mining, and statistical analysis tools is a plus.
